Fixing my life in 30 days: Day 20

It's Vysh's birthday

This will be a proper Day Blog.

I had a good day.

You will probably read this in the morning, so I hope you have a great day!

It’s 2:29 am. If not anything, I am happy with how committed I am to writing this email every day despite my exhaustion (only some days.)

I started my day with a good two-hour Cricket session and I am glad today’s session was solid because my camp is closed till Monday. In the next five days, all my physical activities include two matches and three gym days. My practice resumes on Monday.

(Yayy, I can wake up without an alarm.)

After I returned home, I watched an episode of Young Sheldon while having my breakfast, followed by dropping my mom at her office. Then I finished the video I was watching on how brands use design to control your mind.

I slept for two hours. This was supposed to be a one-hour nap, but my physical activities and the cold weather made me stay in bed longer.

At this point, my days officially start at 12 pm.

So around the same time, I started working on my clients’ projects and this went on for five hours, including a 60-minute lunch break with three episodes of Young Sheldon.

I randomly opened my camera in the evening and the light was perfect. Like reaaaaaaaaly good. So I took this self-portrait:

I should take pictures often

I watered plants and did a few household chores for an hour. This was fun and relaxing—and gave me enough energy to take a ninety-minute client meeting.

All this was done by 8 pm and Sreekar, Vidya, Ibraheem, and I had to rush to Vyshnavi’s place to surprise her at 12. You already guessed why.

We took some gifts, a cake, and a lot of wishes to her home, and I just came back 30 minutes ago, at 2:14 am. I am happy that we celebrated almost all our birthdays at 12 am. I love how it was never said or made mandatory but became everyone’s priority. It will be a full cycle when we celebrate Ibraheem’s in March.

Aravind couldn’t join us. We made sure he was present.

Ok byeeee, I’ll sleep now.

Again, statistically you might see this in the morning. So, good morning! ♥️
